The Ministry of Health is reporting 58 new confirmed cases of Covid-19 in Nelson Marlborough on Monday.
It comes as 2365 new cases are reported around the country, with 116 people now in hospital, none of those are in Nelson or Marlborough.
Nelson Marlborough Health are reporting 53 cases, their figures differing due to testing cut-off times.
32 of those cases are in Nelson, nine in Tasman, 11 in Marlborough and 1 listed as 'other'.
It brings the total active cases in our region to 275. 207 in Nelson, 21 in Tasman, 40 in Marlborough and 7 'other'.
MOH also reported two Covid-19 related deaths in Auckland City and Middlemore Hospitals.
More than 2.1million booster shots have been administered nation-wide with more than 15,000 given on Sunday.
Omicron is now in every DHB across the country as the outbreak continues to grow its reach.
