A Gumboot Friday fundraiser that is seeing three local men ride an exercise bike for 24 hours has kicked off.
Glen Martin, Dave Orme, Johnny Arbuckle will be riding until 2pm on Saturday in an effort to raise money for Gumboot Friday.
So far more than $7000 has been donated to the fundraiser’s Givealittle page.
People are encouraged to come and watch them in action or come and have a chat. There is street food on site and band Hazy Dayz playing from 7.45pm.
The fundraiser is at Tasman Bay CrossFit on Cargill Place in Richmond.
