A Nelson carpark is experiencing flooding for a second day as very high tides hit the region.
Wakatu Square began to flood shortly after 12pm on Thursday with high tide peaking in Nelson at 12.57pm at a level of 4.6m.
The high tide levels are due to reduce from Friday with a 4.4m high tide at 1.37pm and 4.1m high tides on Saturday.
Nelson City Council issued a warning on their Facebook page on Wednesday for people parked in the area.
