Around 2000 people got muddy with their buddies on Sunday for the annual Tasman School fundraiser.
The funds raised from this the 2025 Muddy Buddy will go towards a range of projects, including working towards a playground upgrade while also helping to minimise costs for parents.
Event coordinator Anna Haddon says the team behind the event did such a great job, she felt more like a “cheerleader on the sideline”.
“We are very lucky with the team we have to put on this epic event, it is such a fun day.”
She says the costumes this year were particularly outstanding. \
While they don’t like to disclose the amount raised, Anna says it was a success.
“We love that it’s not just a fundraiser, it’s about having fun and being active.”
