
Emergency services responded to a vehicle-cyclist collision in Stoke on Friday morning, with one person taken to hospital in a moderate condition.
Hato Hone St John said it was alerted to the incident on Songer St at 8.02am, dispatching one ambulance and a rapid response vehicle.
Paramedics assessed one patient at the scene before transporting them to Nelson Hospital.
Police were notified shortly after, at 8.10am, that a cyclist had been struck by a car on Songer St, between Black St and St Francis Way.
