Police are appealing for witnesses after a cyclist was seriously injured in a crash at a busy Hope roundabout on Wednesday afternoon.
The crash happened at about 3.10pm, when a cyclist was struck by a ute exiting the roundabout at the intersection of Bateup Rd and Main Rd, known as Three Brothers Corner.
The cyclist sustained significant injuries and remains in hospital in a stable condition.
Police say there was heavy after-school traffic in the area at the time and are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the crash and has not yet spoken to officers.
They are also seeking any photos or video footage that may have been taken by witnesses.
