Police are urging people to avoid part of Toi Toi while officers respond to an incident on Emano St.
Armed police are at the scene as a precaution and cordons have been put in place along Emano St between Piko St and Toi Toi St.
Police are asking members of the public to stay away from the area while the incident is ongoing.
