Nelson Alarms is celebrating 35 years in business and will give one lucky Nelsonian a $200 restaurant voucher with a competition that turns one of the company's most recognisable features into the star attraction.
People simply need to find a Nelson Alarms sticker, take a selfie with it and email the photo to hello@topsouthmedia.co.nz to go in the draw to win a $200 voucher for Nelson restaurant Nahm.
Owner Adrian Laing says the idea came from the thousands of stickers the company has placed on homes and businesses across the region since entering the security industry in 1991.
"It shouldn't be too hard for you to find a sticker."
Adrian says reaching the 35-year milestone is a source of pride and a chance to thank loyal customers who have supported the business for decades. He hopes the competition encourages community engagement while celebrating the company's history.
