Dearly loved youngest daughter of Farran and Ronnie, passed away at their home in the presence of her most loved family, after a long battle.

Loving Mother of Poppy and Charli McFarlane. Special sister and sister-in-law to John and Jacque, and Nicola and Stuart, and special friend to Louie the Border Collie. Loved aunty to Jacob and Alexander.

Our most sincere thanks to the Hospice District Nurses, especially Cushla and Jan who have been here with Tania throughout her long journey, and to Mike Carter, Nicki Cooke and Ali Comins who have also been here for her all through her illness.

Thank you to all those who have brought baking, sent amazing flowers and cards, and have phoned, and come to see us during this last week, we so appreciate the support that has been given to us.

As per Tania's wishes, a private funeral has been held.
