Sadly but very peacefully passed away at Murchison Residential Care Hospital.
Dearly loved wife of the late Ken.  
Precious mum to Ross, Sue, Ian, Tracy and their partners.
Devoted Grandma Pat to Asti, Rhianna & Keisha; Brent & Kadie, Anaru & Patricia; Nichola and partners.
Loved Great Grandma Pat to her 13 grandies.
Daughter of the late Marjorie & Lionel Hutchinson, sister and sister-in-law to Jill & Pat Thomas (both dec), Robyn Lewis (dec), Peter (dec) and Rosemary Hutchinson (Tauranga), Jan & Ross Archer (both dec), Carole Hutchinson (London) & Bob Taylor (dec) and Sheryl Bird (dec).
A much loved Aunty Pat to all her nieces and nephews.
Special thank you to the staff at Murchison Hospital for their love and kindness shown to our mum over the last 5 1/2 years.
