Kenneth Arthur Ridley 

1 March 1942 - 8 July 2026

Our much loved and respected Ken, peacefully passed away at home on Wednesday 8 July. 

Special thanks go to Ken’s ‘New Zealand family’ for the friendships and adventures he has shared over the last 54 years here. So many of those adventures have been the source of joyful conversations over the last few weeks. 

Thank you also for the care and respect shown to Ken by the beautiful Donna, and to those who eased his life with their gentle care in the last weeks. 

Ken has had a life of adventure and activity. A life well lived. 

He will be sadly missed by his beloved Yumi and his ‘Australian family and friends’.
