Passed away peacefully at Nelson Hospital on Tuesday, July 14, 2026.

Beloved husband of Glenda for 55 years.

 

Much loved father and father-in-law of Ian and Debbie, Grant and Petra, Mark and Carolyn and loved Johnpa of Ella, Hannah and Oliver; Sienna and Luca; Christabel and Hunter.

 

Brother of David and the late Margaret and brother-in-law of the late Robert, and a much loved Uncle.

A service to celebrate the life of  John is being held at the Whakatū Presbyterian Church, Champion Road, Richmond on Monday 20 July 2026, at 2pm.

 

The service will also be live streamed on Mr Billcliff's Memorial Page
