The Hadfield family are very sad to announce that Kathleen Edith Hadfield passed away on 14th August 2026, at Ashwood Park, aged 92 years. Dearly loved wife of Bernard and much-loved Mum of Christine and David Campbell, Adelle and Rob Galloway, Sally and Bruce Puklowski, Judith and Chris Hadfield/West and Celeste and Steve Compton.
Kathleen was a much loved Nanny of her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A celebration of Kathleen’s life will be held at Cloudy Bay Funeral Services, 15 Boyce St, Blenheim on Thursday, 20th August 2026 at 10am. The service will be live-streamed and can be viewed on the Cloudy Bay Funeral Services website.
