Passed away peacefully at Hospice Marlborough on Sunday 16 August 2026, aged 73 years.

Much loved husband of Veronica . Treasured 'Piripi' and 'Philpo' of Katherine and Ben, Rachel and Chris and adored Grandpappy P of Jack. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Jeremy and Anne-Marie and twin brother of Mark and the late Helen. A much loved uncle to his many nieces and nephews.

A Requiem Mass to celebrate Philip's life will be held at St Mary's Catholic Church, Maxwell Road, Blenheim on Friday 21 August at 10am followed by interment at the Fairhall Cemetery. The service will be livestreamed and can be viewed on the Cloudy Bay Funeral Services Website.
