Baz passed away peacefully on 23 August at Nelson Hospital, following a short illness.
He was dearly loved by his children and his late wife, Lois, and was a much-loved Pop to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Baz’s friendship, guidance and wise words will be missed by his family and all who knew him.
A private family service has been held to farewell Baz.
