Much-loved and treasured partner of Jill for 23 years, father of Francis and Corey, father-in-law of Jordan, Grandad in Nelson of Charlie, brother and brother-in-law of Michael and Lisa Middleditch, and Jan and Brian Watts. Affectionately known as Papa Wayne to Jill’s family – Michael, Anne and family, Sarah, Kyle and family, Erana (The Fairy) and Dale, the R&B family and many friends.
A kind and much-loved man who brought friendship, laughter and warmth to so many lives. He will be deeply missed by Jill, family, friends, and everyone who knew him as Papa Wayne.
Wayne’s farewell will be held at Gardens of the World,Cnr Clover Rd and Patons Rd Hope on Monday 28 September 2026 commencing at 1.00pm, a private cremation will follow.
