Positioned on 3,251sqm in Ruby Bay, 36 Brabant Drive combines uninterrupted views across Tasman Bay with a residential landholding that is becoming increasingly difficult to find. Established gardens, mature planting and multiple outdoor spaces create privacy while maintaining the property's coastal outlook. The home was originally built in 1990 and has been thoughtfully updated over time, with recent improvements including interior repainting, new carpeting, roof restoration, updated glazing, extensive landscaping and the renovation of the separate cottage. The kitchen, dining and living areas are positioned along the eastern side of the home, allowing each space to enjoy morning sun and uninterrupted views across the gardens, Tasman Bay and Nelson. A freestanding Yunca wood burner provides heating, with a passive ventilation system distributing warm air to the upper level. The kitchen has been updated with a Smeg induction cooktop, Panasonic dishwasher and integrated refrigerator, alongside practical built-in storage including a concealed step ladder within the cabinetry. The home comprises four bedrooms, a dedicated office and a separate self-contained cottage.
