What a find! Just a short distance from the city centre yet tucked away and private with all day sun and fabulous 180-degree elevated views from the Centre of New Zealand in the east to the Tasman Ranges in the west. This is truly a wee gem with a beautiful interior and a fabulous exterior with 2 separate north-facing decks, both great for entertaining. Enjoy the lush garden which is full of colour but small enough not to take much of your time. The office downstairs is a great space to work away from home or just to get away from the rest of the family. This could also be a great space for teenagers or a playroom for smaller kids. Our vendors have owned the property for over 25 years, operating it as a successful Airbnb for the last twelve. They often enjoyed the property whenever they could take a break from their peony farm. Sadly, the time has come now to pass on this much loved home.
