Meeting at 'The Dog's Bone' Every Wednesday 5.30, we'll be jogging down the Maitai for 5km and meeting back here for an optional social beverage or burger. Dog's welcome!

This is about feeling good, so do whatever that is for you! Whether you’re sprinting, jogging, run-walking, or just out for a cruisy stroll, you’re welcome here. Move in whatever way feels right, then hang out, refuel, and enjoy the good company. We even have a loyalty card for every 5km you complete, you're a stamp closer to free kimchi fries!
