Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to develop your mosaic techniques, join Susanne in her Nelson studio for inspiring, hands-on workshops.
Upcoming Sessions
Project Days: September 11th, 14th, and 22nd October 9th, and 16th
9:30am-2:30pm with a short break for lunch.
Cost: $35
Class size: Limit of 3 participants
All materials will be supplied, but feel free to bring some tiles, damaged pottery or china of your own.
Grouting Days: October 2nd & 23rd
9:30am-11am
Cost: $20
Class size: Limit of 6 participants
The mosaics projects that are finished will be grouted with a cement product.
Creative Play Day:
September 18th, 25th, 28th October 7th, 13th, and 19th
Cost: Koha (suggested: $10)
Class size: Limit of 4 participants
This is designed for a 'work in progress' piece that is already organised, and you want to use a supportive space to work on your project.

What You’ll Learn
Beginners: Start with a 20 cm flat tile surface and learn the basics
Intermediate/Advanced: Choose your own project! Examples include: Mosaic mirror Terracotta planter Wall hanging Garden art Decorative pictures
All projects use cement adhesive and grout. Basic materials are included in the cost. Additional charges may apply for specialty items (e.g., mirrors, hangers).
