Creative Cans explores JOY as an act of resistance! Creative Cans is an art collaboration between the Nelson Arts Festival and NMIT’s Level 5 Digital Art and Media students. Led by local artist and tutor Klaasz Breukel, students will design cans and posters that are to be displayed in the foyer of the Theatre Royal. The project offers NMIT’s creative ākonga the chance to connect with the Festival’s curatorial theme while creating visual artworks and designs that showcase their views, talents and skills to the community.
